We spent a week in Bangkok, cramming in the big sights. We saw the Emerald Buddha, the giant Reclining Buddha, went on a river boat ride, explored Chinatown’s chaos and malls so huge they felt like their own cities. The food was incredible, from street noodles to an oddly perfect plate of poutine (Emily’s way of prepping for hockey season). We did lose a couple of days to some mystery virus, but bounced back quick enough to enjoy the rest.
